Return Policy

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.  If any product is received defective, non-uniform, inconsistent, malfunctioning, incomplete and/or not installing correctly or completely notify us within 15 days and we will send you out the needed replacements free of charge.  If any order is received incomplete with parts and/or pieces missing, notify us within 15 days and we will send you out the needed pieces free of charge.

All of our orders ship fully insured, and if anything is received damaged or missing, we will ship you the needed replacements free of charge. We need to be notified within 7 days of receipt if anything is received damaged.

For “stock products”: Cancelled orders are minus a 5% transaction fee. Definition of a canceled order is an order that has been processed, but has not yet shipped out to you. Unopened packages are eligible for a refund minus a 35% re-stocking fee. Buyer must notify us within 7 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs & for all shipping costs associated with the transaction (including actual freight costs for "free shipping" if free shipping was associated with the transaction).  Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all of our products are “stock products.”

For “made to order products”: Cancelled orders within 1 business day are minus a 5% transaction fee. Cancelled orders after 1 business day are minus a 50% transaction fee. Definition of a canceled order is an order that is currently in production, but has not yet shipped out to you. Cancelled orders after 5 business days are Non-Refundable.  Unopened and/or opened packages received by the customer are also Non-Refundable.  If a product is a “made to order” product, it will be noted in its product description.

All of our items come with a warranty against any product defects in workmanship. The length of the warranty varies between products and is noted in the product description.
